World's Smallest Horse Stolen!

Charly, a pint-size pony has recently been stolen from his stall in Umbria, Italy. Charly the horse was attending Italy's 47th official horse show on Thursday night when thieves cut a hole in a wire fence which was penning Charly in. Since he is smaller than some dogs, he is pretty easy to transport and this makes things easier for the culprits. The horses owner, Bartolo Messina is devastated. The horse world is not happy with the horsenapping, some say it is a disgrace to Italy's Annual Horse Show. People are also now criticizing the owner for not having a safer, anti-theft pen for Charly. All said and done, there is a missing horse out there and it need to be returned.
